Brian Kramer is a dedicated business leader and entrepreneur with a passion for mentoring small business owners in Cobb County. During his 30-year career at IBM, Brian led global training initiatives across 25 countries, developing his expertise in business strategy, project management, and process innovation. His notable contributions included serving as the lead consultant for the Workforce Development portion of Sonny Perdue’s Commission for a New Georgia in 2004, underscoring his commitment to impactful workforce development and community progress.
Leveraging his extensive experience, Brian co-founded Roam in 2008, a pioneering co-working space that now has multiple locations across metro Atlanta, including Cobb County. This venture marked a pivotal shift from corporate leadership to focusing on the unique needs of small business owners. Through Roam and subsequent projects, Brian has guided entrepreneurs in strategic planning, team alignment, and talent acquisition to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
Brian’s dedication to his community is evident through his service as president of the East Cobb Business Association and the East Cobb Prosperity Partners chapter of BNI. He has also been active in Men’s Ministries at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church for 20 years and volunteered with MUST Ministries, further showcasing his commitment to local service.
Now serving as the president of the Cobb County Business Bootcamp, Brian continues to support and mentor business owners, providing them with the tools and guidance to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. Married with two grown children and two grandchildren, he remains a steadfast resource for both business and community leadership in Cobb County.
