You will be required to upload one document* that provides proof that you live in Cobb County, GA or a document that provides proof that your business is located in Cobb County, GA.

Cobb County residents: You will need to provide one document that proves you currently live in Cobb County. This might be a document such as utility bill, a lease agreement, drivers license, etc.

If you live with a Cobb County resident: You will need to provide one document that proves that the person who you live with lives in Cobb County. This might be a document such as utility bill, a lease agreement, drivers license, etc. Along with that, you will also need to submit a signed affidavit from that person affirming that you live with them. Please combine both those documents into one single file to be uploaded during the application process.

Cobb County business owners: If you do not currently live in Cobb County, but you do business in the county, you will need to either submit documentation that proves that your business has a physical location in Cobb County such as a utility bill with the company name, lease agreement, etc. or upload a Cobb County or City of Mableton business license.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old to be accepted.

* These documents will only be used to verify proof of residence or proof of your business location. We will not share your documents with any third parties and will only store your files temporarily.

Your tier 2 member perks, will be available through the website once your membership is approved. You can see them by clicking on the login link on the top left of our website and entering your email and the password you created on the previous step.
