Jay Bailey leads RICE, a nationally recognized entrepreneurial hub dedicated to empowering Black-owned businesses, advancing innovation, and expanding economic opportunity. Alongside him, Blayne Alexander brings a journalist’s perspective shaped by reporting on defining moments of our time across NBC News platforms, including Dateline NBC, NBC Nightly News, the Today Show, and MSNBC.

The conversation will explore their individual leadership journeys, how they support one another while navigating demanding careers, and what it looks like to turn passion into purpose.

Moderating this special program are Tracy Styf, Executive Director of the Town Center CID, and her husband Dan Styf, President of DS Healthcare Strategies, adding another dynamic couple’s perspective on leadership, collaboration, and impact.
