Neha Govil is a Leadership & Workplace Culture Coach and Leadership Development Subject Matter Expert with CCBB. She partners with entrepreneurs and small business owners to help them make the shift that every growing business demands – from being the person who does everything, to becoming the leader their team looks up to.
Neha knows an immigrant’s entrepreneurship journey firsthand. Born and raised in India, she built her global career before planting roots right here in Cobb County and launching her own consulting practice. That experience, of navigating new cultures, building trust in unfamiliar environments, and figuring out how to lead without a roadmap, is at the heart of everything she brings to her clients.
With over 20 years in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Leadership Consulting, including senior roles with global management consulting firms across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, Neha combines her business expertise with the real-world perspective of nurturing an idea from the ground up.
She holds a master’s degree in human resources management, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, and a Hogan-certified consultant.
At CCBB, Neha works with business owners in a focused, one-on-one coaching series designed to help them understand how their leadership style shows up and how to use it intentionally to build a stronger, values-aligned, motivated team.
“Leadership isn’t something you either have or you don’t. It is a skill you develop intentionally, one conversation at a time. I’d love to be a part of your leadership journey. Let’s get started!” – Neha
